Hekate theater play – Poland
4 IVLs for HEKATE: where technology meets intuition.
In the Polish theater production Hekate, audiences are invited into a mystical journey through intuition and transformation: a space suspended between the visible and the invisible. Conceived, choreographed, and performed by Gosia Mielech, the piece unfolds as an intimate ritual inspired by Heraclitus’ idea that “the only constant in life is change”, where lighting designer Paweł Murlik incorporated 2 IVL Dice & 2 IVL Photons.
The IVL’s unique laser-based light properties brought a hypnotic, almost metaphysical dimension to the stage, becoming a true extension of movement, emotion, and intuition. The IVL technology didn’t just illuminate the performance: it became part of its language.
Just as importantly, IVL fixtures are safe for the eyes and for camera sensors, making them ideal for productions that blend dance, theater, music, and multimedia.
Hekate is more than a performance: it is an experience, a transition, an invitation to pause and perceive beyond the surface.
